1994                  ICE T, HOLLYWOOD HILLS, CALIFORNIA

As befits the owner’s roots in rap and heavy metal, the color scheme is completely black and red. A large window overlooks the Los Angeles Basin to the south, with the mixing console centered on it. In this control room a large shark tank occupies the acoustically sensitive rear wall. A moveable screen with diffusing wood slats can be lowered to cover the aquarium glass for critical listening situations.
